Strength Discovery Speed and Agility Camps





Is your child involved in sports?
Does he/she need to be faster, stronger or more agile?
Or would you like them to be more resistant to injury?
Did you know that female athletes are 6 times more likely to get knee injuries than males?

In Strength Discovery’s speed and agility camp we will teach them how to protect themselves from common injuries, such as a torn Anterior Cruciate Ligament(ACL), twisted ankles and pulled muscles, which are all very common on all playing fields.

No matter what sport they play, here at Strength Discovery they will learn to be more agile, explosive, faster, stronger and more resistant to injury.

Camps are for 2 months, 2 times per week.



911 Fitness





Athletic training for emergency response teams

Strength Discovery is a team of Strength and Conditioning Coaches that has been dedicated to improving the overall health and physical abilities of all types of athletes. We specialize in speed, strength, agility, explosiveness, injury prevention and overall performance. We have also had past experience in training police and fire employees for the 911 fitness challenge and the fire fighters challenge.

Strength Discovery recognizes the vital need for 911 employees to be in the top physical condition in order for them to be able perform their duties to the best of their ability.

During our training for these events we often realized how many of the 911 employees were not only out of shape for these events but also lacked the physical capabilities to complete day to day tasks without discomfort or injury.

Having recognized that these individuals are responsible for protecting lives of citizens and for controlling extreme situations, Strength Discovery has developed a program specifically designed to increase the physical threshold of all 911 employees to improve not only their life but their performance on the job.

Our program has been designed in consideration of the physical job related requirements. We have set this up into four major components that we feel are the most necessary to improving their job performance

  • Endurance (pursuing fleeing suspects, hose drag, withstanding extreme heat conditions)
  • Strength (carrying a fire victim out of a building, equipment carry)
  • Explosiveness (restraining a suspect, ceiling breach, forcible entry)
  • Agility (stair and ladder climbing, job related injury prevention)


All of these components together will make all employees better at their job no matter what it is, and give them more confidence in their ability to do their job.
